Developing Athletes While Creating Meaningful Connections

Team One Volleyball is a youth volleyball club in Aurora, Illinois, serving families throughout Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, St Charles, and the surrounding communities. With three indoor hard courts and two indoor sand courts, we offer a year-round development path from free youth clinics and skills training to Select, Premier, and Elite club teams, plus beach volleyball.

We’re a mid-sized club by design, large enough to provide strong teams and meaningful opportunities, but small enough that athletes are known, supported, and never just another number. Whether a player is just getting started or preparing for the next level, our goal is to provide the right environment, the right challenge, and a clear next step in their development.
