
INDOOR SUMMER CAMPS
1st Contact Camp: Serve Receive and Defense
Dates: June 9th-10th
Times: 2:00pm-4:00pm
Players will focus on the fundamentals of serve receive and defense. We will work on the basic skills needed to be an effective defensive player and get lots of reps in with digging from different angles and serve receive strategies. The goal will be working on athletic movements toward the ball and passing accurately often. This camp will be great for all positions.
All Skills Camp: 15-18u Highschool Players
Dates: 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/3, 7/10
Times: 2:00pm-4:00pm
This camp allows high school athletes to prepare for their high school season/ club tryouts and get some extra reps this summer. Get a head start by improving your skills and boosting your confidence on the court! This program will dial in on individual skill development and then turning and using it in game. Players will have the opportunity to compete against one another and be challenged to push themselves.
Setting Camp
Dates: June 16-17th
Times: 2:00pm-4:00pm
Players will revisit the fundamentals of setting and help them reinforce proper technique. Additionally setters will get lots of reps setting high/out of system sets, quick/in system sets, and different setting strategies while putting it all together to include setting strategies and decision making.

All Skills Camp: 12-14u Junior High Players
Dates: 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/4, 7/11
Times: 2:00pm-4:00pm
**6/13 time is 1:30pm-3:30pm**
This camp allows athletes grades 5th-8thto prepare for their school season/ club tryouts and get some extra reps this summer. Above the Net Camp: Serving/Attacking/Blocking
Dates: June 23-24th
Times: 2:00pm-4:00pm
This session focuses on a review of arm swing fundamentals allowing players to attack and serve with power and placement. Players will work on the basic skills needed to be an effective attacker and get lots of reps with hitting in system and out of system, blocking, and putting it all together to transition from defense to offense.
