XT Training
XT is a sports performance program developed to work side by side with any sport such as volleyball. XT actually takes the basic fundamentals of agility and proper technique in running jumping and gives girls the ability to change directions quickly on and off the volleyball court. XT is an addition to volleyball practice for teamONEvolleyball. XT will make the athlete faster and stronger as well as more confident.
XT training sessions will also include our trainers discussing the benefits of proper nutrition at the end of each session. We feel strongly about the results of our program and need our clients/athletes to be informed of adequate fueling of the body before, during, and after their workouts.
Colleen Smiertka, ACE certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Explosive Training XT certified trainer, with over 13 years in the fitness industry, will be implementing the new XT program at KAC and for teamONEvolleyball.
